The mission of Graduate Partners for Science Education is to train graduate students to become better scientists, more experiences educators, and superior science communicators by instructing Phoenix-area school children in the scientific method.

    Founded and run by graduate students in Arizona State University’s School of Life Sciences, GPSE has worked with more than 175 student mentees on independent scientific projects. Additionally, one of GPSE’s newer objectives is to increase our impact in the community by developing educational science lessons to be implemented by our mentors at schools and districts throughout Arizona. All of our materials are open for public use and we welcome invitations to visit schools to deliver workshops and lessons focused on science and science communication.
